How to Download From our FTP site
If your having Trouble downloading from our FTP site here are a couple of tips.

*note these steps are for windows users*

Don't use a web browser.
Use an actual windows explorer. (dont confuse this for Internet explorer.)
Click on my computer like in the image.


When the Eplorer window pops up type in ftp.wickedresin.com in the address-bar at the top like in the image below.


you should finally get a dialog box that asks you for a username and password.
fill that in with the information that we have gave to you and download your files.
if you still have problems downloading your files contact us and we will try to help you out even further.
